Goal
Managed the team and drove acquisition during peak season by improving paid social media creatives, messaging, and retention strategy.
Approach
Assembled a taskforce to generate paid social media creatives at scale and reignited a company-wide, multichannel approach to the retention strategy.
Result
Helped onboard and successfully handover team management and projects to the newly hired CMO.
I joined Oddbox as a Fractional CMO to bridge the gap between the previous CMO and the incoming hire.
My main responsibilities included:

- Launching a new proposition, 'Pick Your Own' box
